Services
untold_bits offers marketing services, including AI marketing audits and fractional CMO engagements. The website describes these services; the specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are agreed in writing before work starts.
If a signed proposal or agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed document takes precedence for that engagement.
Use of the Website
The website is provided for your information. You agree to use it lawfully and not to disrupt it, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or scrape and republish its content.
Bookings and Fees
Calls are booked through Cal.com and are free unless stated otherwise. Paid services start only after we have agreed on scope and fees in writing.
Prices shown on the website are indicative and may change. Quoted fees exclude any applicable taxes. Fees for fixed-scope work, such as audits, are payable before delivery unless we agree otherwise.
Your Responsibilities
For an engagement to work, you agree to provide accurate information, timely access to the data and accounts the work requires, and feedback when asked. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any data or access you give me.
Intellectual Property
The content on this website, including text, design, and graphics, belongs to TMS Ventures FZCO and may not be reproduced without permission.
For client work: once an engagement is paid in full, you own the deliverables created for you. I keep ownership of my pre-existing methods, tools, templates, and workflows, and I may reuse general know-how that does not include your confidential information.
Confidentiality
I keep your non-public business information confidential and use it only to deliver the agreed work. I expect the same for any non-public methods or materials I share with you during an engagement.
No Guarantees
I work to a high standard, but marketing outcomes depend on factors outside my control. I do not guarantee specific results, such as traffic, leads, rankings, or revenue.
Some deliverables are produced with the help of AI tools and reviewed by me before delivery. You are responsible for final approval of anything you publish or act on.
Limitation of Liability
The website and its content are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, my total liability arising out of an engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement, and I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost data.
Termination
Either of us can end an engagement as set out in the relevant agreement. Work delivered and fees due up to the end date remain payable. I may restrict access to the website at any time if these terms are violated.
Changes to These Terms
I may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new date, and continued use of the website after that constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
