Privacy Policy

This website, untoldbits.com, is operated by TMS Ventures FZCO ("untold_bits", "I", "me", "my"), a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
This policy explains what personal information I collect, how I use it, and the choices you have. The short version: this website collects almost nothing, and I only handle the information you choose to share with me.

What I Collect

The website itself has no user accounts, no signup flow, and no forms that store your data.
I receive personal information only when you choose to share it: when you email me, book a call, or work with me as a client. That typically includes your name, email address, company details, and whatever you include in your message or our conversations.

Booking and Scheduling

Calls are scheduled through Cal.com, a third-party scheduling service. When you book a call, Cal.com collects your name, email address, and any details you add to the booking. That data is handled under Cal.com's privacy policy and shared with me so I can prepare for and hold the call.

Client Engagements

If you become a client, you may share business information with me, such as analytics access, marketing data, and internal documents. I use that information only to deliver the work we agreed on. I treat it as confidential, I do not share it with anyone outside the engagement, and I delete or return it when the engagement ends if you ask me to.

Cookies and Analytics

This website does not use advertising trackers or tracking cookies.
I use Humblytics, a privacy-focused analytics tool, to understand how the site is used. It works without cookies and does not store personal data: your IP address is anonymized through a one-way hash and the raw address is discarded immediately. I only see aggregate statistics, such as pageviews and clicks, never individual visitors.
My hosting provider may process basic technical data in server logs, such as your IP address and browser type, to keep the site running and secure. I do not use this data to identify you.

Sharing

I do not sell personal information, and I do not share it with third parties for marketing.
Personal information is shared only with the service providers I need to operate, such as hosting, scheduling, analytics, and email providers, and only to the extent required. I may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Retention

I keep correspondence and client materials for as long as needed to deliver the work and meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete them. You can ask me to delete your information sooner at any time.

Your Rights

You can ask me at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information I hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email me at thomas@untoldbits.com and I will respond promptly.
I handle personal data in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and, where it applies to you, the GDPR.

Changes to This Policy

If I change this policy, I will post the updated version on this page with a new date. Meaningful changes will not apply retroactively to information you already shared.
